Empowered Lesser Deflection Shield Protection

Description The strange lands of the Shadowlands interfered with the operation of the normal reflection shields, leading to the development of the Empowered shields. These shields surround the target with a defensive barrier that deflects a portion of all damage being dealt by the attacker away from the target. Some of this damage is deflected back onto the attacker. Every 2 minutes the reflection shields are refreshed on the soldier's team. Designed to allow the soldier to more easily use a Mirror Shield in times of trouble, the reflection shield placed on the soldier is refreshed every 10 seconds and is slightly more powerful.
